so this picture is about hmm... the tears and blood you pay just to be what they called 'NormaL' lol, so its like you need to pay just to be normal, and its sad and hurtful on the inside but on the other side you are just normal and its shown by the expression of the face. From the word 'NOrMAL I am' that usually is I AM NOrMAL describe that you are not normal even though you thought you are.
